Abstract:
(EN) This bonding member (1) is provided with: a wire rod (2) which contains a low-melting-point metal and is provided with a hole (4); and metal grains (5) which contain a high-melting-point metal that produces an intermetallic compound having a higher melting point than the low-melting-point metal by a reaction with a melt of the low-melting-point metal, and which are inserted into the hole (4). The low-melting-point metal is, for example, Sn or an Sn alloy. The high-melting-point metal is, for example, a Cu-Ni alloy, a Cu-Mn alloy, a Cu-Cr alloy or a Cu-Al alloy.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément de liaison (1), lequel élément comporte : une tige de fil métallique (2) qui contient un métal à bas point de fusion et qui comporte un trou (4) ; et des grains de métal (5) qui contiennent un métal à point de fusion élevé qui produit un composé intermétallique ayant un point de fusion supérieur à celui du métal à bas point de fusion par une réaction avec un bain de fusion du métal à bas point de fusion, et qui sont insérés dans le trou (4). Le métal à bas point de fusion est, par exemple, Sn ou un alliage de Sn. Le métal à point de fusion élevé est, par exemple, un alliage Cu-Ni, un alliage Cu-Mn, un alliage Cu-Cr ou un alliage Cu-Al.
(JA) 接合用部材(1)は、低融点金属を含み、孔(4)が設けられた線材(2)と、低融点金属の溶融液との反応により、低融点金属よりも高い融点を有する金属間化合物を生成する高融点金属を含み、孔(4)に挿入されている金属粒(5)と、を備える。前記低融点金属は例えばSnまたはSn合金である。前記高融点金属は例えば、Cu-Ni合金、Cu-Mn合金、Cu-Cr合金、または、Cu-Al合金、である。
