Abstract:
(EN) This switching element drive device is provided with a switching element (50), a driver circuit (20) and a parallel circuit (30). The switching element (50) has a control terminal, a first terminal and a second terminal, and in accordance with a voltage applied to the control terminal, adopts a state of conduction or a state of non-conduction between the first terminal and the second terminal. The driver circuit controls the voltage applied to the control terminal of the switching element, and when the switching element is to be changed from the state of conduction to the state of non-conduction, the driver circuit connects the control terminal to a connection destination having the same potential as the second terminal, in order to reduce the potential difference between the control terminal and the second terminal. The parallel circuit includes a capacitor (31) and an impedance element (32) inserted into the pathway by which the driver circuit connects the control terminal to the connection destination having the same potential as the second terminal.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'attaque d'élément de commutation, qui est pourvu d'un élément de commutation (50), d'un circuit d'attaque (20) et d'un circuit parallèle (30). L'élément de commutation (50) comporte une borne de commande, une première borne et une seconde borne, et en fonction d'une tension appliquée à la borne de commande, adopte un état de conduction ou un état de non conduction entre la première borne et la seconde borne. Le circuit d'attaque commande la tension appliquée à la borne de commande de l'élément de commutation, et lorsqu'il faut faire passer l'élément de commutation de l'état de conduction à l'état de non conduction, le circuit d'attaque connecte la borne de commande à une destination de connexion ayant le même potentiel que la seconde borne, de manière à réduire la différence de potentiel entre la borne de commande et la seconde borne. Le circuit parallèle comprend un condensateur (31) et un élément d'impédance (32) introduits dans le chemin par lequel le circuit d'attaque connecte la borne de commande à la destination de connexion ayant le même potentiel que la seconde borne.
(JA) スイッチング素子駆動装置は、スイッチング素子(50)と、ドライバ回路(20)と、並列回路(30)とを備える。イッチング素子(50)は、制御端子、第1端子、及び第2端子を有し、制御端子に印加される電圧に応じて第1端子と第2端子との間が導通状態、もしくは非導通状態となる。ドライバ回路は、スイッチング素子の制御端子に印加する電圧を制御するものであって、スイッチング素子を導通状態から非導通状態にする場合に、制御端子と第2端子との電位差を縮小させるべく、制御端子を第2端子と同電位となる接続先に接続する。並列回路は、ドライバ回路が制御端子を第2端子と同電位となる接続先に接続する経路に挿入された、キャパシタ(31)とインピーダンス素子(32)とを有する。
