Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a polypropylene-based retort-packaging sealant film that is especially superior in low-temperature impact resistance and anti-orange peel effect, that simultaneously possesses blocking resistance and heat-sealing capability, etc., and that can also be widely used as a sealant film suitable for large-size retort packages for professional use; and a laminate using the sealant film. The retort-packaging polypropylene-based sealant film according to the present invention is obtained by melting and forming, into a film, a resin composition including 70-85 wt% of a propylene-ethylene block copolymer (a) and 15-30 wt% of a low-density polyethylene-based polymer (b), wherein the propylene-ethylene copolymer (a) has 75-85 wt% of a xylene-insoluble portion at 20°C with respect to 100 wt% of (a), and said insoluble portion has a limiting viscosity ([η]H) of 1.7-2.0 dl/g, while the soluble portion has a limiting viscosity ([η]EP) of 3.0-3.4 dl/g, and the low-density polyethylene polymer (b) has a density of 0.900-0.930 g/cm3 and a melt flow rate of 1-10 g/10 min.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un film d'agent d'étanchéité d'emballage de cornue à base de polypropylène, lequel film est particulièrement excellent vis-à-vis de la résistance à l'impact à basse température et de l'effet d'arrachage en peau d'orange, lequel possède simultanément une résistance au bouchage et une capacité d'étanchéité vis-à-vis de la chaleur, etc., et lequel peut également être largement utilisé en tant que film d'agent d'étanchéité approprié pour des emballages de cornue de grande taille pour une utilisation professionnelle ; et un stratifié utilisant le film d'agent d'étanchéité. Le film d'agent d'étanchéité à base de polypropylène d'emballage de cornue selon la présente invention est obtenu par fusion et formation, sous forme d'un film, d'une composition de résine comprenant de 70 à 85 % en poids d'un copolymère séquencé propylène-éthylène (a) et de 15 à 30 % en poids d'un polymère à base de polyéthylène basse densité (b), le copolymère propylène-éthylène (a) ayant de 75 à 85 % en poids d'une partie insoluble dans le xylène à 20° C par rapport à 100 % en poids de (a), et ladite partie insoluble ayant une viscosité limite ([η]H) de 1,7 à 2,0 dl/g, tandis que la partie soluble a une viscosité limite ([η]EP) de 3,0 à 3,4 dl/g, et le polymère de polyéthylène basse densité (b) ayant une densité de 0,900 à 0,930 g/cm3 et un débit d'écoulement à l'état fondu de 1 à 10 g/10 min.
(JA) 特に耐低温衝撃性、耐ユズ肌発生性に優れ、耐ブロッキング性、ヒートシール性等を兼備し、業務用の大型レトルト包装用途にも好適なシーラントフィルムとして広く使用できるポリプロピレン系レトルト包装用シーラントフィルムおよびそれを用いた積層体を提供する。プロピレン・エチレンブロック共重合体(a)70~85重量%、低密度ポリエチレン系重合体(b)15~30重量%を含む樹脂組成物を溶融製膜したフィルムであって、プロピレン・エチレン共重合体(a)は、20℃キシレン不溶部の割合が、(a)100重量%に対して75~85重量%で、該不溶部の極限粘度([η])が1.7~2.0dl/gであり、可溶部の極限粘度([η]EP)が3.0~3.4dl/gであり、低密度ポリエチレン系重合体(b)の密度が0.900~0.930g/cmであり、メルトフローレートが1~10g/10分であるレトルト包装用ポリプロピレン系シーラントフィルムである。
