Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a throttle valve control device which has adequate reliability despite being provided with three throttle valve control device attachment holes. This throttle valve control device 1 is provided with a throttle body 2 having an intake passage 3, wherein a throttle valve 8 which is provided in the intake passage and which controls the intake air flow rate or pressure is driven by a motor 4 via a throttle gear 10, and the throttle valve control device is attached externally using bolts which are inserted through attachment holes provided in the throttle body. The throttle valve control device is characterized in that: three attachment holes are formed in the throttle body; one of the three attachment holes 19 is positioned closer to the center of gravity of the throttle valve control device than are the other two attachment holes 20 and 21; and said one attachment hole is provided between the motor and a throttle shaft.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande de papillon des gaz qui a une fiabilité adéquate en dépit du fait qu'il est pourvu de trois trous de fixation de dispositif de commande de papillon des gaz. Ce dispositif de commande de papillon des gaz (1) comprend un corps de papillon (2) comportant un passage d'admission (3), où un papillon des gaz (8) qui est situé dans le passage d'admission et qui régule le débit ou la pression d'air d'admission est entraîné par un moteur (4) par l'intermédiaire d'un engrenage de papillon (10), et le dispositif de commande de papillon des gaz est fixé par l'extérieur grâce à des boulons qui sont insérés au travers de trous de fixation situés dans le corps de papillon. Le dispositif de commande de papillon des gaz est caractérisé comme suit : trois trous de fixation sont formés dans le corps de papillon ; un des trois trous de fixation (19) est positionné plus près du centre de gravité du dispositif de commande de papillon des gaz que les deux autres trous de fixation (20 et 21) ; et ledit trou de fixation est situé entre le moteur et un arbre de papillon.
(JA) スロットルバルブ制御装置の取付け孔を3つとしつつ、十分な信頼性を備えたスロットルバルブ制御装置を提供する。 吸気通路3を有するスロットルボディ2を備え、吸気通路内に設けられた吸入空気流量または圧力を制御するスロットルバルブ8を、スロットルギヤ10を介してモータ4により駆動し、スロットルボディに設けられた取付け孔にボルトが挿通されて外部に取り付けられるスロットルバルブ制御装置1において、スロットルボディには取付け孔が3つのみ形成され、3つの取付け孔の内、1つの取付け孔19は、他の2つの取付け孔20,21より当該スロットルバルブ制御装置の重心に近い位置に設けられ、かつ、1つの取付け孔は、モータと、スロットルシャフトとの間に設けられていることを特徴とするスロットルバルブ制御装置。
