Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an airflow meter with good precision. In the airflow meter, which is provided with an arithmetic circuit that incorporates air temperature and a sensor module temperature as adjustment elements for the output characteristics of the airflow meter, corrects the output characteristics in accordance with the temperature difference between the air temperature and the sensor module temperature and reduces the correction amount when the absolute value of the difference between the air temperature and the sensor module temperature is small.
(FR) L'invention concerne un débitmètre d'air ayant une bonne précision. Le débitmètre d'air, pourvu d'un circuit arithmétique qui incorpore la température de l'air et une température de module capteur sous la forme d'éléments de réglage pour les caractéristiques de sortie du débitmètre d'air, corrige les caractéristiques de sortie conformément à la différence de température entre la température de l'air et la température du module capteur et réduit le niveau de correction lorsque la valeur absolue de la différence entre la température de l'air et la température du module capteur est faible.
(JA) 精度の良い空気流量計を提供すること 出力を補正する演算回路を備えた空気流量計において、前記演算回路には、前記空気流量計の出力特性の調整要素として空気温度及びセンサモジュール温度を取り入れ、 前記 空気温度と前記センサモジュール温度との温度差に応じて出力特性を補正し、 かつ、前 記空気温度と前記センサモジュール温度との差の絶対値が小さいときは補正量を小さくする。
