Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a gas separation composite membrane that includes, as a gas separation layer, a polymer compound that has an inorganic system as the main chain thereof, the gas separation composite membrane having excellent gas permeability and gas separation selectivity and also having excellent durability and folding endurance. The gas separation composite membrane can also be worked into a variety of shapes of modules. Also provided are a gas separation module, a gas separation device, and a gas separation method that use the gas separation composite membrane. Also provided is a production method for the gas separation composite membrane. A gas separation composite membrane that has: a porous support body; a silicone layer that is provided so as to contact the porous support body and that includes structural units (A1) and (A2); and a silica layer that is provided upon the silicone layer and that includes structural units (B1) and (B2). The ratio of the number of atoms in the silicone layer satisfies the expression 0.8 ≤ oxygen atoms/silicon atoms ≤ 1.3, and the ratio of the number of atoms in the silica layer satisfies the expression 1.6 ≤ oxygen atoms/silicon atoms. A gas separation module, a gas separation device, and a gas separation method that use the gas separation composite membrane. A production method for the gas separation composite membrane. R1A-R1C and R2A indicate substituents. * indicates a specific connecting part.
(FR) L'invention concerne une membrane composite de séparation de gaz qui comprend, comme couche de séparation de gaz, un composé polymère qui comprend un système inorganique comme chaîne principale, la membrane composite de séparation de gaz présentant une excellente perméabilité aux gaz et une sélectivité de séparation de gaz et présentant également une excellente durabilité et une excellente résistance au pliage. La membrane composite de séparation de gaz peut également être exploitée sous une variété de formes de modules. L'invention concerne également un module de séparation de gaz, un dispositif de séparation de gaz et un procédé de séparation de gaz qui utilisent la membrane composite de séparation de gaz. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production pour la membrane composite de séparation de gaz.
