Abstract:
(EN) An ultrasonic probe comprising: a vibration section including a plurality of ultrasonic transducers; a flexible substrate 72 configured, in a free state, as an L-shaped flat plate; and a plurality of coaxial wires electrically connecting the vibration section and the flexible substrate 72. The flexible substrate 72 has formed therein: a plurality of signal lines 721S electrically connected to the vibration section via the plurality of coaxial wires; and a first return GND 721G1 serving as a ground for the plurality of signal lines 721S. The first return GND 721G1 is formed in an L-shaped internal section 72I in the flexible substrate 72, relative to the plurality of signal lines 721S.
(FR) L'invention concerne une sonde à ultrasons comprenant : une section de vibration incluant une pluralité de transducteurs à ultrasons; un substrat flexible (72) conçu, dans un état libre, sous la forme d'une plaque plate en forme de L; et une pluralité de câbles coaxiaux connectant électriquement la section de vibration et le substrat flexible (72). Le substrat flexible (72) comporte : une pluralité de lignes de signal (721S) connectée électriquement à la section de vibration par l'intermédiaire de la pluralité de câbles coaxiaux; et un premier retour (GND) (721G1) servant de terre pour la pluralité de lignes de signal (721S). Le premier retour (GND) (721G1) est formé dans une section interne en forme de L (721) dans le substrat flexible (72), par rapport à la pluralité de lignes de signal (721S).
