Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a high yield color filter substrate with electrode that operates stably and is provided with general-purpose properties corresponding to various display designs, a display device using same and manufacturing methods therefor. The color filter substrate with electrode is provided with a color filter layer, a transparent substrate, a first electrode layer, a curing resin layer and a second electrode layer in this order, wherein the curing resin layer comprises a photosensitive resin and the curing resin layer and the second electrode layer have patterns that are identical in planar view.
(FR) L'invention concerne un substrat de filtre coloré à rendement élevé doté d'une électrode, qui fonctionne de manière stable, et qui présente des propriétés de polyvalence correspondant à diverses conceptions d'affichage, un dispositif d'affichage utilisant ce substrat, ainsi que des procédés de fabrication associés. Le substrat de filtre coloré doté d'une électrode comprend une couche de filtre coloré, un substrat transparent, une première couche d'électrode, une couche de résine durcie et une seconde couche d'électrode, dans cet ordre. La couche de résine durcie comporte une résine photosensible, et cette couche de résine durcie ainsi que la seconde couche d'électrode possèdent des motifs qui sont identiques dans une vue en plan.
(JA) 歩留まり良く、安定に動作し、様々なディスプレイ設計に対応する汎用性を備えた電極付きカラーフィルタ基板、これを用いた表示装置、およびこれらの製造方法を提供する。電極付きカラーフィルタ基板は、カラーフィルタ層、透明基板、第1の電極層、硬化樹脂層、第2の電極層をこの順に備え、硬化樹脂層が感光性樹脂を含み、硬化樹脂層および前記第2の電極層が平面視で同一のパターンを有する。
