Title: POWER CONTROL SYSTEM AND SERVER
Abstract:
A power control system (100) for adjusting the power to be supplied to a building (HM) from a power system (PS) while communicating with an aggregator (200) for providing an ancillary service is equipped with: a planning unit (110) for creating a charge/discharge plan for a storage battery (BT) for the building; a charge/discharge control unit (120) for controlling the storage battery; a transmission unit (130) for transmitting the charge/discharge plan to an aggregator server (210); and a receiving unit (140) for receiving an adjustment request signal from the server. The charge/discharge plan includes first data pertaining to a maximum power storage amount and second data pertaining to a minimum storage amount. The charge/discharge control unit controls the storage battery in a manner such that the power storage amount matches an optimal power storage amount, and on the basis of the adjustment request signal (Ph), controls the storage battery so as to create a difference between the power storage amount and the optimal power storage amount.
