Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a liquid crystal display device such that display failures caused by a broken scanning signal line can be prevented, and yield can be improved. At one side of a liquid crystal panel 100 in a horizontal direction, a single third scanning signal line GL3 is provided at one end of first scanning signal lines GL1, GL1, … GL1 and second scanning signal lines GL2, GL2, … GL2. The third scanning signal line GL3 is provided substantially parallel to a source signal line SL, and overlapped by all the first scanning signal lines GL1, GL1, … GL1 and the second scanning signal lines GL2, GL2, … GL2 with, for example, an insulating film interposed therebetween.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides tel que les défaillances d'affichage provoquées par une ligne de signal de balayage coupée peuvent être empêchées et le rendement peut être amélioré. Sur un côté d'un panneau à cristaux liquides (100) dans une direction horizontale, une troisième ligne de signal de balayage (GL3) unique se trouve à une extrémité de premières lignes de signal de balayage (GL1, GL1, ..., GL1) et de deuxièmes lignes de signal de balayage (GL2, GL2, ... GL2). La troisième ligne de signal de balayage (GL3) est disposée de façon sensiblement parallèle à une ligne de signal de source (SL) et elle est chevauchée par la totalité des premières lignes de signal de balayage (GL1, GL1, ..., GL1) et des deuxièmes lignes de signal de balayage (GL2, GL2, ... GL2) avec, par exemple, un film isolant interposé entre celles-ci.
