Abstract:
(EN) A coated surface cutting tool is provided with a base material and a coating formed on said base material. Said coating comprises an α-Al2O3 layer (1), said α-Al2O3 layer comprises α-Al2O3 crystal grains and sulfur, and TC(006) for the orientation index TC(hkl) exceeds 5. Said sulfur has a concentration distribution such that the concentration of sulfur decreases with increasing distance from said base material side in the α-Al2O3 layer thickness direction.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un outil de coupe à surface revêtue qui est muni d'un matériau de base et d'un revêtement formé sur ledit matériau de base. Ledit revêtement comprend une couche d'α-Al2O3 (1), ladite couche d'α-Al2O3 comprend des grains cristallins d'α-Al2O3 et du soufre, et le TC (006) pour l'indice d'orientation TC(hkl) est supérieur à 5. Ledit soufre présente une distribution de concentration telle que la concentration de soufre diminue avec l'augmentation de la distance par rapport au côté dudit matériau de base dans la direction de l'épaisseur de la couche d'α-Al2O3.
