Abstract:
A refrigeration cycle device configured such that, when starting a defrosting mode, a first depressurization device adjusts the flow rate of refrigerant so as to bring the superheat degree of the refrigerant on the intake side of a compressor closer to a target value, wherein a control device controls a flow passageway switch device so as to form a first flow passageway for allowing the refrigerant discharged from the compressor to flow to a first heat exchanger, performs a refrigerant release operation whereby one of a second depressurization device and a valve is opened while the other is closed, and, after the refrigerant release operation, performs a refrigerant collection operation whereby the second depressurization device and the valve are opened while maintaining the state in which the first flow passageway is formed.
