Furthermore, the invention relates to a method which when applied identifies imminent clogging or clogging of the conveying path of a conveying device or of a conveying system and provides suitable automated measures. For this purpose, a conveying device is proposed, which has a bypass and conveying channel through which a fluid can flow. Through-flow by a fluid is provided starting from a compressed air source or flow source, wherein such a fluid is typically ambient air. A granular material, for example, mortar or plaster, can be introduced into the conveying channel and transported in the direction of flow.
