Abstract:
(EN) A sequencing instrument optical system having a combined light source with multiple collinear excitation beams having different respective excitation wavelengths, a sequencing surface having DNA templates and nucleobase labels configured to emit a respective emission light at a different respective emission wavelength upon excitation by one or more of the excitation beams, a color camera configured to detect the emission light of each of the nucleobase labels, a first optical pathway configured to direct the collinear excitation beams from the combined light source to the sequencing surface, and a second optical pathway configured to direct the emission light from the sequencing surface to the color camera.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système optique d'instrument de séquençage possédant une source lumineuse combinée ayant de multiples faisceaux d'excitation colinéaires qui possèdent différentes longueurs d'onde d'excitation respectives, une surface de séquençage, qui comporte des matrices d'ADN et des marqueurs de nucléobase, conçue pour émettre une lumière d'émission respective à une longueur d'onde d'émission respective différente lors de l'excitation par un ou plusieurs des faisceaux d'excitation, un appareil de prise de vues en couleur conçu pour détecter la lumière d'émission de chacun des marqueurs de nucléobase, une première voie de passage optique conçue pour diriger les faisceaux d'excitation colinéaires de la source lumineuse combinée vers la surface de séquençage, et une seconde voie de passage optique conçue pour diriger la lumière d'émission de la surface de séquençage vers l'appareil de prise de vues en couleur.
