Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to: a hot-melt adhesive resin film that, with respect to a variety of flat or film-shaped adherends made of metal, glass, plastic, or the like, does not develop peeling between layers and has excellent adhesive strength, and that has strong durability even in harsh durability assessments; and to a method for producing same. More specifically, the present invention pertains to: a hot-melt adhesive resin film characterized by being obtained by layering a first adhesive layer, a first interlayer, a thermostable base material layer, a second interlayer, and a second adhesive layer, in the stated order, the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer containing an acid-modified polyolefin resin; and to a method for producing same.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un film de résine adhésif thermofusible qui, par rapport à une variété de support plat ou en forme de film fait de métal, de verre, de plastique, ou similaire, ne développe pas de décollement entre couches et présente une excellente résistance d'adhésion, et qui présente une durabilité élevée même lors d'évaluations de durabilité sévères; et son procédé de production. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne : un film de résine adhésive thermofusible caractérisé en ce qu'il est obtenu par stratification d'une première couche adhésive, d'une première couche intermédiaire, d'une couche de matériau de base thermostable, d'une seconde couche intermédiaire, et d'une seconde couche adhésive, dans l'ordre indiqué, la première couche adhésive et la seconde couche adhésive contenant une résine polyoléfine modifiée à l'acide; et son procédé de production.
(JA) 本発明は、金属を初めとして、ガラス、プラスチック等の各種、平面状もしくはフィルム状の被着体に対して、各層間で剥離が起こらず、優れた接着力を有し、過酷な耐久評価においても強い耐久性を有するホットメルト接着性樹脂フィルムおよびその製造方法に関する。より具体的には、本発明は、第1接着剤層、第1中間層、耐熱性を有する基材層、第2中間層、および第2接着剤層をこの順に積層してなり、前記第1接着剤層および前記第2接着剤層が酸変性ポリオレフイン樹脂を含むことを特徴とするホットメルト接着性樹脂フィルムおよびその製造方法に関する。
