Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method of treating flue gas in a duct with an injection system, the flue gas comprising an acid gas and/or one or more metal components, the injection system comprising at least one injection nozzle in communication with an air supply and a supply of sorbent; wherein the method comprises supplying air and sorbent through the nozzle to the duct, such that the penetration of the sorbent into the duct is represented by the formula: Y = (Dn a (pnVn2 / pfVf2)0.5 (x/Dn)0.33)/Df; where 'Y' is the fraction of duct penetration depth of the sorbent when the duct length is 'x', 'Dn' is the diameter of the nozzle, Df is the depth of the duct, 'pn' and 'pf' are the densities of the air supply and the flue gas, respectively, 'Vn' and 'Vf' are the velocities of the air exiting the nozzle and the flue gas, respectively, and where 'a' is between 0.3 and 1.0 and Y is maintained between 0.3 and 0.8.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de gaz de combustion dans un conduit doté d'un système d'injection, le gaz de combustion comprenant un gaz acide et/ou un ou plusieurs composants métalliques, le système d'injection comprenant au moins une buse d'injection en communication avec une alimentation en air et une alimentation en sorbant; le procédé consistant à fournir de l'air et un sorbant par l'intermédiaire de la buse à la conduite, de telle sorte que la pénétration du sorbant dans le conduit soit représentée par la formule : Y = (Dn a (pnVn 2 / pfVf 2)0,5 (x/Dn)0,33)/Df; où 'Y' est la fraction de profondeur de pénétration du sorbant lorsque la longueur du conduit est 'x ', 'Dn' représente le diamètre de la buse, Df représente la profondeur du conduit, 'pn' et 'pf' représentent respectivement les densités de l'alimentation en air et du gaz de combustion, 'Vn' et 'Vf' représentent respectivement les vitesses de l'air sortant de la buse et du gaz de combustion, et où 'a' est compris entre 0,3 et 1,0 et Y est maintenu entre 0,3 et 0,8.
