(FR) PROCÉDÉ DE DISTILLATION SOUS VIDE D'UNE CHARGE D'HYDROCARBURES ET INSTALLATION ASSOCIÉE
Abstract:
(EN) The method for the vacuum distillation of a hydrocarbon feedstock (12) comprises the following steps: - heating the feedstock (12); - introducing the feedstock (12) into a flash zone (N1) of a vacuum distillation column (16); - removing at least one distillate stream (58, 64, 70) at an intermediate level (N3, N4, N5) of the vacuum distillation column (16); - drawing a column head stream (80) from the head of the vacuum distillation column (16); - partially condensing the column head stream (80) to recover a liquid flow (84) and a gaseous flow (82); - conveying the gaseous flow (82) into a vacuum generation unit (34) and recovering at least one condensate (86, 90, 96) and a non-condensable gas fraction (94). Characterised in that the method comprises introducing, into the vacuum distillation column (16), a flow (52) of a feedstock (12) stripping fluid, the stripping fluid consisting of a hydrocarbon mixture having a weighted average boiling point (Tmav) of between 150 °C and 250 °C and advantageously of between 190 °C and 210 °C.
(FR) Le procédé de distillation sous vide d'une charge (12) d'hydrocarbures comprend les étapes suivantes : - chauffage de la charge (12); - introduction de la charge (12) dans une zone de flash (N1 ) d'une colonne de distillation sous vide (16); - prélèvement d'au moins un courant de distillât (58, 64, 70) à un niveau intermédiaire (N3, N4, N5) de la colonne de distillation sous vide (16); - tirage, en tête de la colonne de distillation sous vide (16), d'un courant de tête de colonne (80); - condensation partielle du courant de tête de colonne (80) pour récupérer un flux liquide (84) et un flux gazeux (82); - passage du flux gazeux (82) dans une unité de génération de vide (34) et récupération d'au moins un condensât (86, 90, 96) et d'une fraction gazeuse de gaz incondensable (94). Il est caractérisé en ce que le procédé comporte l'introduction dans la colonne de distillation sous vide (16) d'un flux (52) d'un fluide d'épuisement de la charge (12), le fluide d'épuisement étant constitué d'un mélange d'hydrocarbures présentant une température moyenne d'ébullition pondérée (Tmav) comprise entre 150°C et 250°C avantageusement entre 190°C et 210°C.
