Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device (1) for mechanically stirring a molten metal for a method for directed solidification of said at least one molten metal, comprising rotary mechanical stirring means (3) provided with a rotary central portion (5) and a plurality of mechanical stirring blades (3a, 3b, 3c), which are connected to the central portion (5) via a proximal edge (BP) opposite a distal edge (BD), which edges are connected via a front edge (BAV) and a rear edge (BAR), together defining the upper surface (SI) of each mechanical stirring blade (3a, 3b, 3c), characterised in that said mechanical stirring blades (3a, 3b, 3c) have an axial flow, with a constant angle of attack of 5 to 20°, and a constant angle of departure of 45 to 80°.
(FR) Un dispositif (1) de brassage mécanique d'un métal en fusion pour un procédé de solidification dirigée dudit au moins un métal en fusion, comportant des moyens de brassage mécanique (3) rotatifs pourvus d'une partie centrale (5) rotative et d'une pluralité de pales de brassage mécanique (3a, 3b, 3c), lesquelles sont raccordées à la partie centrale (5) par le biais d'un bord proximal (BP), opposé à un bord distal (BD), reliés par le biais d'un bord avant (BAV) et d'un bord arrière (BAR), délimitant ensemble la surface supérieure (SI) de chaque pale de brassage mécanique (3a, 3b, 3c), caractérisé en ce que lesdites pales de brassage mécanique (3a, 3b, 3c) sont à débit axial, présentant un angle d'attaque constant, compris entre 5 et 20°, et un angle de fuite constant, compris entre 45 et 80°.
