Abstract:
(EN) The invention concerns a system and a method for managing the occupation of shared spaces. The system comprises at least a display device (12) at the shared space, configured to display a status of availability of the shared space, a central server (11) and a first communication means (13) between the display device (12) and said central server (11). The first communication means (13) have an active and an inactive mode, and comprise a bidirectional wireless first communication channel (13'). The first communication means (13) are in inactive mode by default and comprise a first display device communication module (14) placed in the display device (12) and a first server communication module (15) connected to the central server (11), said first display device communication module (14) being switched off when the first communication means (13) is in inactive mode and being switched on when said first communication means (13) is in active mode. The display device (12) comprise a bistable display and activating means (20) of said first communication means (13). The system further comprises a second communication means (16) designed to allow reception by the display devices (12), of messages from the central server (11), said second communication means (16) comprising a second display device communication module (17) placed in the display device (12), and a second server communication module (18) connected to the central server (11). The second display device communication module (17) has a lower power consumption than said first display device communication module (14) when this first display device communication module (14) is switched on. The second display device communication module (17) is part of said activation means (20).
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de gestion de l'occupation d'espaces partagés. Le système comprend au moins un dispositif d'affichage (12) situé au niveau de l'espace partagé et conçu pour afficher un état de disponibilité de l'espace partagé, un serveur central (11) et un premier moyen de communication (13) entre le dispositif d'affichage (12) et ledit serveur central (11). Le premier moyen de communication (13) a un mode actif et un mode inactif. Il comprend un premier canal de communication bidirectionnelle sans fil (13'). Le premier moyen de communication (13) est par défaut en mode inactif. Il comprend un premier module de communication de dispositif d'affichage (14) situé dans le dispositif d'affichage (12) et un premier module de communication de serveur (15) connecté au serveur central (11). Ledit premier module de communication de dispositif d'affichage (14) est désactivé lorsque le premier moyen de communication (13) est en mode inactif. Il est activé lorsque ledit premier moyen de communication (13) est en mode actif. Le dispositif d'affichage (12) comprend un affichage bistable et un moyen d'activation (20) dudit premier moyen de communication (13). Le système comprend en outre un second moyen de communication (16) conçu pour permettre la réception par le dispositif d'affichage (12) de messages provenant du serveur central (11). Ledit second moyen de communication (16) comprend un second module de communication de dispositif d'affichage (17) situé dans le dispositif d'affichage (12) et un second module de communication de serveur (18) connecté au serveur central (11). Le second module de communication de dispositif d'affichage (17) a une consommation de courant inférieure à celle dudit premier module de communication de dispositif d'affichage (14) lorsque ce dernier est activé. Le second module de communication de dispositif d'affichage (17) fait partie dudit moyen d'activation (20).
