Abstract:
A method for producing a microlens for an LED module comprising the steps: generating a lens frame made from a first material which is thermally stable and light-suppressing; positioning the lens frame in a shaping tool; and introducing a second material, which is thermally stable and transparent, into the cavity formed by the lens frame and the shaping tool to shape a lens structure. A method for producing an optoelectronic component comprising the steps: providing a carrier; placing a light-emitting chip on the carrier; electrically contacting the light-emitting chip; placing a microlens on the light-emitting chip; and fixing the microlens to the light-emitting chip. A microlens for an LED module comprising a lens frame made from a first, thermally stable and light-suppressing material and a second, thermally stable and transparent material, wherein the second material is arranged within the lens frame. An optoelectronic component comprising a carrier, a light-emitting semiconductor chip and a microlens.
