Abstract:
The invention relates to a method (100, 200) for the separation processing of an outlet mixture which largely contains hydrogen, methane, and hydrocarbons with two carbon atoms. The method (100, 200) has the steps of forming a first separation feed using the outlet mixture and absorptively separating the first separation feed using an absorption liquid, which largely contains hydrocarbons with at least three carbon atoms. The absorptive separation of the first separation feed involves producing a first separation product, which largely contains hydrogen and methane from the first separation feed, and a second separation product, which contains hydrogen, methane, and hydrocarbons with two carbon atoms from the first separation feed and hydrocarbons with at least three carbon atoms from the absorption liquid. The method also has the step of forming a second separation feed using the second separation product and the step of destillatively separating the second separation feed. The destillative separation of the second separation feed involves producing a third separation product, which largely contains methane, hydrogen, and hydrocarbons with two carbon atoms, and a fourth separation product, which largely contains hydrocarbons with at least three carbon atoms. The method further has the step of forming a third separation feed using the third separation product and the step of destillatively separating the third separation feed. The destillative separation of the third separation feed involves the step of producing a fifth separation product, which largely contains methane, hydrogen, and hydrocarbons with two carbon atoms, and a sixth separation product, which largely contains hydrocarbons with two carbon atoms. The method finally has the step of using the fifth separation product when forming the first separation feed. The invention likewise relates to a corresponding system.
