Title: RAIL TRAFFIC SYSTEM FOR SEPARATING AND DIVERTING RAIL VEHICLES
Abstract:
The invention relates to a point machine (198) for a rail switch (144), comprising at least one switching mechanism (60), designed to transmit at least one switching force onto at least one switch point (88, 90), and at least one switching element (18, 22), designed to transmit at least one switching force onto the switching mechanism (60). According to the invention, the at least one switching element (18, 22) is designed to convert a load which is moved by the switching element (18, 22) substantially in a longitudinal direction (L) relative to the switching element (18, 22) to a torque. The invention also relates to a switch point (88, 90), a point device (130) having said switch point (88, 90), a rail switch (144) comprising said point device (130), and a center buffer coupling (146) and to a rail vehicle (150, 154, 190, 192) having said center buffer coupling and to a rail traffic system comprising the rail vehicle (150, 154, 190, 192) and the rail switch (144).
