Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method and kit for analyte detection. More precisely the invention relates to a method of detecting an analyte, comprising storing short single stranded nucleic acids (10-100 nt), such as aptamers and micro RNA, on a solid support at ambient temperature; and subsequent amplification of said nucleic acids for detection of analyte(s).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un kit pour la détection de substances à analyser. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un procédé de détection d'une substance à analyser, consistant à stocker des acides nucléiques à brin unique court (10 à 100 nt), comme les aptamères et le micro-ARN, sur un support solide à température ambiante ; et à amplifier ensuite lesdits acides nucléiques pour la détection d'une/de substance(s) à analyser.
