Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a thermoformable and heat-shrinkable film composed of a co-extruded multilayer film having at least nine layers having good oxygen and water vapour barrier properties, which is especially suitable for the packaging of fresh poultry and meat or sausage products, and particularly features improved thermoforming characteristics, which is manifested particularly in more homogeneous drawing of the film in the thermoforming process and reduced thin spots. A further aspect of the invention relates to the particular design of the film for the packaging of elongated packing goods in machine direction. The layers of the film of the invention comprise, from the outside inward, the following composition: 60-40% by volume of polyamide (PA), 40-60% by volume of amorphous polyamide (aPA) // 100% by volume of adhesion promoter // 100% by volume of partly neutralized ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer (ionomer) // 100% by volume of adhesion promoter // 60-40% by volume of polyamide (PA), 40-60% by volume of amorphous polyamide (aPA) // 100% by volume of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) // 60-40% by volume of polyamide (PA), 40-60% by volume of amorphous polyamide (aPA) // 100% by volume of adhesion promoter // 70-40% by volume of low-density polyethylene (LDPE), 30-60% by volume of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). Production is effected in a blown film method with three blowing operations.
(FR) L'invention concerne un film pouvant subir un thermoformage profond et une contraction thermique, constitué d'un film multicouche formé par co-extrusion, comprenant au moins neuf couches présentant de bonnes propriétés barrière à l'oxygène et à la vapeur d'eau, conçu en particulier pour le conditionnement de volaille fraîche et de produits frais de boucherie-charcuterie, et caractérisé par un comportement en thermoformage profond amélioré qui se manifeste essentiellement par un étirage plus régulier du film lors du processus de thermoformage profond et moins de points minces. En outre, cette invention concerne la configuration spécifique du film pour le conditionnement de marchandises à emballer oblongues dans le sens machine. Les couches du film selon l'invention présentent, de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur, la composition suivante : 60-40 % volumique d'un polyamide (PA), 40-60 % volumique d'un polyamide amorphe (aPA) // 100 % volumique d'un agent adhésif // 100 % volumique d'un copolymère éthylène-acide méthacrylique partiellement neutralisé (ionomère) // 100 % volumique d'un agent adhésif // 60-40 % volumique d'un polyamide (PA), 40-60 % volumique d'un polyamide amorphe (aPA) // 100 % volumique d'un copolymère éthylène-alcool vinylique (EVOH) // 60-40 % volumique d'un polyamide (PA), 40-60 % volumique d'un polyamide amorphe (aPA) // 100 % volumique d'un agent adhésif // 70-40 % volumique de polyéthylène basse densité (LDPE), 30-60 % volumique de polyéthylène linéaire basse densité (LLDPE). Le film soufflé est produit au cours d'un procédé de soufflage, trois bulles étant formées.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine tiefziehbare und wärmeschrumpfbare Folie aus einer co- extrudierten Mehrschichtfolie mit mindestens neun Schichten mit guten Sauerstoff- und Wasserdampfbarriereeigenschaften, die insbesondere für die Verpackung von frischem Geflügel und Fleisch- oder Wurstwaren geeignet ist, und sich durch ein verbessertes Tiefziehverhalten auszeichnet, was sich vor allem in einem gleichmäßigeren Ausziehen der Folie beim Tiefziehprozess und verringerten Dünnstellen manifestiert. Ein weiterer Aspekt der Erfindung betrifft die besondere Auslegung der Folie für die Verpackung von länglichen Packgütern in Maschinenrichtung. Die Schichten der erfindungsgemäßen Folie umfassen von außen nach innen die folgende Zusammensetzung: 60-40 Vol.-% Polyamid (PA), 40-60 Vol.-% amorphes Polyamid (aPA) // 100 Vol.-% Haftvermittler // 100 Vol.-% teilneutralisiertes Ethylen- (Meth)acrylsäure-Copolymer (lonomer) // 100 Vol.-% Haftvermittler // 60-40 Vol.-% Polyamid (PA), 40-60 Vol.-% amorphes Polyamid (aPA) // 100 Vol.-% Ethylen- Vinylalkohol-Copolymer (EVOH) // 60-40 Vol.-% Polyamid (PA), 40-60 Vol.-% amorphes Polyamid (aPA) // 100 Vol.-% Haftvermittler // 70-40 Vol.-% Polyethylen niedriger Dichte (LDPE), 30-60 Vol.-% lineares Polyethylen niedriger Dichte (LLDPE). Die Herstellung erfolgt in einem Blasfolienverfahren mit drei Blasen.
