Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a quenching chamber (1) of an entrained-flow gasifier that gasifies fuels at temperatures of up to 1,800 °C and pressures of up to 10 MPa, wherein an annular chamber (13) through which cooling water flows is formed between the pressure-bearing tank (4) and the inner jacket (2). According to the invention, the overflow water is discharged from the annular chamber (skirt water) into the quenching chamber via the sleeve (12) of a quenching lance (7), wherein blocking by the spray cone of the spray nozzle (15) is prevented. The cooling water from the annular chamber (13) is used in addition to the quenching water (16) from the spray nozzle (15) to cool and clean the raw gas (6) in the quenching chamber (1). The expenditure for eliminating blockages is considerably reduced.
(FR) Dans une chambre de refroidissement (1) d'un réacteur de gazéification qui gazéifie des combustibles à des températures allant jusqu'à 1.800°C et des pressions allant jusqu'à (10) MPa, un espace annulaire (13) traversé par l'eau de refroidissement est formé entre la cuve supportant la pression (4) et la chemise interne (2). Selon l'invention, l'évacuation de l'eau du trop plein depuis l'espace annulaire (eau de chemise) dans la chambre de refroidissement s'effectue par le biais de la douille (12) d'une lance de refroidissement (7), ce qui permet d'éviter un bouchage par le cône de pulvérisation (6) de la buse de pulvérisation (15). L'eau de refroidissement provenant de l'espace annulaire (13) est utilisée, en plus de l'eau de refroidissement (16) provenant de la buse de pulvérisation (15), pour le refroidissement et le lavage du gaz brut (6) dans la chambre de refroidissement (1). Cela permet de réduire nettement les coûts de suppression des bouchages.
(DE) Bei einem Quenchraum (1) eines Flugstromvergasers, der Brennstoffe unter Temperaturen bis 1.800°C und Drücken bis (10) MPa vergast, ist zwischen dem drucktragenden Behälter (4) und dem inneren Mantel (2) ein Kühlwasser durchströmter Ringraum (13) gebildet. Erfindungsgemäß erfolgt die Abführung des Überlaufwassers aus dem Ringraum (Skirtwasser) in den Quenchraum über die Hülse (12) einer Quenchlanze (7), wobei eine Verblockung durch den Sprühkegel (6) der Sprühdüse (15) verhindert wird. Das Kühlwasser aus dem Ringraum (13) wird zusätzlich zu dem Quenchwasser (16) aus der Sprühdüse (15) zum Kühlen und Reinigen des Rohgases (6) in dem Quenchraum (1) verwendet. Der Aufwand für die Beseitigung von Verblockungen ist erheblich reduziert.
