Abstract:
An smart industrial micro-channel flow reactor that greatly improves the safety and environmental protection performance, saves a lot of energy, and significantly increases production efficiency relates to the technical field of reactor devices used in the petrochemical industry, fine chemistry, pharmacy, plastics, synthetic rubbers, coatings, food processing, and the like, and comprises: a housing (1), a raw material inlet (8), a product outlet (9), a seal head (2), and a reaction tube (3), wherein a three-dimensional micro-channel component (4) is tightly inserted in the reaction tube, and several constantly cut-through micrometer/millimeter-grade micro-channels (5) are formed between the outer surface of the three-dimensional micro-channel component (4) and the inner wall surface of the reaction tube (3). The smart industrial micro-channel flow reactor greatly reduces the mass transfer resistance between reaction mass, can quickly transfer reaction thermal energy in time, reduce the reaction time, reduce backmixing and side reactions, and reduce or avoid use of a solvent, is safe and highly reliable, and can save a lot of energy and significantly reduce emission, increase the yield, and improve the production efficiency.
