Title: ALTERNATING HYBRID EXCITATION COMPONENT AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF IN MOTOR AND TRANSFORMER
Abstract:
An alternating hybrid excitation component and applications thereof in a rotating motor, linear motor, and transformer. The alternating hybrid excitation component consists of iron core layers (1, 6) and several magnetic insulation layers (5), the number of the iron core layers (1, 6) being an even number. The magnetic insulation layer (5) is disposed between the iron core layers (1, 6). The iron core layers (1, 6), the number of which is an even number, and the magnetic insulation layers (5) form a closed loop shape or an open loop shape. Each iron core layer (1, 6) is provided with one or two notches, and a permanent magnet (2, 3, 7, 8) is inlaid at the notch of each iron core layer (1, 6). Two pole surfaces of the permanent magnet (2, 3, 7, 8) are tightly adhered to two opposite edges of the icon core notch, and a gap (4, 9) is remained between one side surface of the permanent magnet (2, 3, 7, 8) and a side edge of the iron core notch. Magnetic polarities of permanent magnets (2, 3, 7, 8) inlaid at notches of two adjacent iron core layers are opposite, and a same group of exciting coils (10) are winded around the periphery of each iron core layer (1, 6). The alternating hybrid excitation component superimposes the permanent magnetic potential and the excitation magnetic potential, forming an alternating hybrid exciter magnetic field, which can improve the electromagnetic energy efficiency.
