Title: ARTIFICIALLY SYNTHESISED MICRORNA CLUSTER SUITABLE FOR CONSTRUCTING MULTI-KNOCKDOWN LIBRARY, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
Abstract:
Provided are an artificially synthesised microRNA cluster suitable for constructing a multi-knockdown library, and a construction method. The microRNA cluster is an RNA molecule made from 4-18 synthetic miRNA elements connected in series, the RNA sequences of the synthetic miRNA elements being as shown in any one of SEQ ID NOs. 1-4. The synthetic miRNA elements produce mature miRNA having a high expression level, and enable the mature miRNA to have a high knockdown efficiency with regard to target gene mRNA.
