Abstract:
(EN) A method for inhibiting the generation of dioxins in the solid waste incineration flue gas. When the temperature of the incineration flue gas is lowered to a temperature section of 500-450℃, and introducing the flue gas into an inhibition reactor so that the copper chloride in the flue gas particles is mixed and reacted with inhibiter, and is transformed to copper metaphosphate. Therefore, the copper chloride losses the activity of catalyzing generation of dioxins, and the dioxins pollutant in the incineration flue gas can be controlled from the source.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'inhiber la génération de dioxines dans les gaz de fumées d'incinération de déchets solides. Lorsque la température du gaz de fumée d'incinération est abaissée à une plage de température allant de 500 à 450 °C, ledit gaz de fumée d'incinération est introduit dans un réacteur d'inhibition de sorte à mélanger et à faire réagir le chlorure de cuivre dans les particules du gaz de fumée avec un inhibiteur, et transformé en métaphosphate de cuivre. Par conséquent, le chlorure de cuivre perd son activité de catalyseur de génération de dioxines, et la teneur en dioxines polluantes dans les gaz de fumées d'incinération peut être régulée depuis la source.
(ZH) 一种抑制固体废物焚烧烟气二噁英类物质生成的方法,在焚烧烟气降温至500℃至450℃的温度段,将烟气引入抑制反应器,使烟气颗粒物中的氯化铜与抑制剂混合反应转化为偏磷酸铜,使其失去催化生成二噁英类物质的活性,可源头控制焚烧烟气的二噁英类污染物。
