Title: CARBOXYLATE RADICAL BRIDGED BINUCLEAR IRON-SULFUR CLUSTER FLUORESCENT PROBE, PREPARATION METHOD, AND APPLICATION
Abstract:
The present invention provides a carboxylate radical bridged binuclear iron-sulfur cluster fluorescent probe having a structure as shown in a general formula (I). A preparation method comprises: performing an addition reaction on anthracene methylamine and p-methoxycarbonylphenyl isocyanate to obtain substituted methyl benzoate; then obtaining corresponding carboxylic acid by means of hydrolysis; reacting the obtained carboxylic acid with alkali to obtain carboxylate; and coordinating the carboxylate with a binuclear iron precursor to obtain a fluorescent probe. Compared with the prior art, the present invention provides a carboxylate radical bridged binuclear iron-sulfur cluster with a metal complex close to nuclear structures of bio-enzymes for the first time. The metal complex serves as a fluorescent probe, the detection selectivity for fluorine ions is good, the operation of a fluorescence titration experiment is simple, and the fluorescence change is sensitive.
