Title: METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DYNAMICALLY FOLLOWING LASER CUTTING WITH MAGNETIC BELT
Abstract:
A method and system for dynamically following laser cutting with a magnetic belt. The system comprises: a machining location (1); two magnetic belt groups (2, 2') respectively disposed at a load incoming side and a load exit side, wherein each of the magnetic belts is extendable and retractable, with gaps between the magnetic belts being adjustable; a laser cutting unit disposed at the machining location (1); a loading robot (4) and an end effector (41) disposed at an outer side of the magnetic belt group (2) at the load incoming side, wherein a block stack (5) is provided at a rear side of the end effector (41), and a block edge measurement device (6) is mounted on the end effector (41); an unloading robot (7) and an end effector (71) disposed at an outer side of the magnetic belt group (2') at the load exit side, wherein a sheet stack (8) is disposed at a rear side of the end effector (71); a waste conveyor belt device (9) disposed at a rear side of the machining location (1) in a direction perpendicular to a load incoming direction; a smoke and dust processing device (10) and a real-time measurement device (11) for block cutting, both disposed at the machining location (1); a position detection device (13) in front of the sheet stack and disposed at a material handling location of the magnetic belt group at the load exit side; and a cutting control system. The magnetic belt groups dynamically follow a cutting process, thereby enabling a flexible design of a manufacturing line and facilitating machining.
