Abstract:
A photoelectric transducer and a drive method thereof, an array panel, and a display device. The photoelectric transducer comprises: a photoelectric component (T1), an amplification transistor (T2), a reading transistor (T3), a reset transistor (T4), a capacitor (C1), and some control input terminals. The photoelectric component (T1) comprises an input terminal and a reference level input terminal. An output terminal of the photoelectric component (T1), a gate terminal of the amplification transistor (T2), and a source terminal of the reset transistor (T4) are connected to a first terminal of the capacitor (C1). The reference level input terminal of the photoelectric component (T1), a source terminal of the reading transistor (T3), and a source terminal of the amplification transistor (T2) are connected to a first reference voltage input terminal (Vbias). A drain terminal of the reset transistor (T4) and a drain terminal of the amplification transistor (T2) are connected to a second reference voltage input terminal (Vss). Each of a gate terminal of the reading transistor (T3) and a gate terminal of the reset transistor (T4) is connected to one of the control input terminals. The amplification transistor (T2) is configured to amplify an electrical signal written into the capacitor, and amplify strength of the signal read during a reading stage. Therefore, the embodiment can increase a signal-to-noise ratio of the signal read, and facilitate to increase accuracy of a photoelectric detection.
