Abstract:
A surface structure identification unit comprises a photoelectric sensing element (D1), a first and second signal input end (VDD, VDD1), a trace (110), a drive module (191), a reset module (140) and a value acquisition unit. The photoelectric sensing element (D1) has one end connected to the first signal input end (VDD) and the other end connected to a first end of the drive module (191). The reset module (140) is configured to connect to a control end of the drive module (191) only during a reset stage, so as to reset the drive module (191). The control end of the drive module (191) is configured to be connected respectively to the second signal input end (VDD1) and trace (110) during a charging stage after the reset stage, and to be disconnected from the trace (110) during a detection stage, wherein the second signal input end (VDD1) is reset to zero during the charging stage and inputs, during the detection stage, a voltage signal capable of turning on the drive module (191). The first end of the drive module (191) is configured to be disconnected from the first signal input end (VDD) during the charging stage and to be connected to the first signal input end (VDD) during the detection stage. A second end of the drive module (191) is connected to the trace (110). The trace (110) is configured to be connected to the value acquisition unit only during the detection stage.
