Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a heating furnace for carburizing or carbonitriding, comprising a furnace body (7) and an entrance furnace gate (2) and an exit furnace gate (3) provided on the furnace body (7). The entrance furnace gate (2) and the exit furnace gate (3) are located at a feed end and a discharge end of the furnace body (7) respectively; a furnace gas circulation device (213) is provided in the furnace body (7); partition walls (214) with a through hole (211) are provided in the furnace body (7); multiple layers of carrier rollers (17) extending through the through holes (211) are provided from the feed end to the discharge end, and each layer of the carrier rollers (17) is connected to a respective driving device.
(FR) L'invention concerne un four de réchauffage pour la cémentation au carbone ou la carbonitruration, comprenant un corps de four (7) et une grille de four d'entrée (2) et une grille de four de sortie (3) disposées sur le corps de four (7). La grille de four d'entrée (2) et la grille de four de sortie (3) sont situées à une extrémité d'entrée et une extrémité de sortie du corps de four (7) respectivement ; un dispositif de circulation des gaz de four (213) est disposé dans le corps de four (7) ; des parois de séparation (214) comprenant un trou traversant (211) sont disposées dans le corps de four (7) ; de multiples ensembles de rouleaux porteurs (17) s'étendant dans les trous traversants (211) sont disposés de l'extrémité d'entrée à l'extrémité de sortie et chaque ensemble des rouleaux porteurs (17) est relié à un dispositif d'entraînement respectif.
