Abstract:
Provided is a recombinant promoter, the full sequence length of which is 297 bp, consisting of a regulation box A and a regulation box B. The regulation box A contains 10 DR5 elements (5'-GTTCAC-3') in series, and the regulation box B is an artificially-designed assisting starting element of 115 bp. The recombinant promoter is regulated by the retinoic acid in the extracellular fluid, and the expression amount of the target protein regulated by same has a retinoic acid concentration dependent effect.
