Title: GENETICALLY MODIFIED MESENCHYMAL STEM CELL AND BSAB PRODUCING METHOD BY USING SAME
Abstract:
Provided are a genetically modified mesenchymal stem cell and a bispecific single-chain antibody (BsAb) producing method by using the same, and the genetically modified mesenchymal stem cell is obtained by transfecting a mesenchymal stem cell with a non-viral vector carrying a bispecific single-chain antibody gene. Also provided is a bispecific single-chain antibody producing method by using the genetically modified mesenchymal stem cell.
