Abstract:
Provided is a luminous helmet, comprising a helmet body which is composed of a partially transparent outer layer (1) and a damping inner layer (2), and an FPC board (3) which is provided between the inner layer (2) and the outer layer (1). The FPC board (3) is provided with at least one LED lamp (31), and a transparent protrusion (11) which protrudes outwards is provided on the outer layer (1) at a position corresponding to the LED lamp (31). Also provided is a manufacturing method for the luminous helmet, comprising putting a PC sheet into a mould for vacuum moulding to form an outer layer (1) with transparent protrusions (11), fixing an FPC board (3) with at least one LED lamp (31) at the transparent protrusion (11), finally placing the outer layer (1) fixed with the FPC board (3) with the LED lamp (31) in a shaping mould, and injecting EPS materials of the inner layer (2) to form the helmet which is firmly joined with the outer layer (1) through pressure injection. Due to the fact that the transparent protrusions (11) can just receive the LED lamp (31), a gap (4) between the FPC board (3), which is close to the LED lamp (31), and the outer layer (1) is small, and when materials of the inner layer (2) are shaped through pressure injection at a high temperature and a high pressure, the FPC board (3) is not prone to rupture, improving the production efficiency and reducing the production cost.
