Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for preparing a urine monohydroxy phenol metabolite detection reagent, comprising the following steps: 0.2-1 g/ml of a ferric sulphate solution as an A solution is prepared; 0.1-1 g/ml of a mercury sulphate solution as a B solution is prepared; 0.15-1 g/ml of a copper nitrate solution as a C solution is prepared; 0.15-1 g/ml of a ferric nitrate solution as a D solution is prepared; and the A solution, B solution, C solution and D solution are mixed in the mass ratio of 1: (1-2): (1.5-2): 1 before adding preservatives, stirred homogeneously and making a light green urine monohydroxy phenol metabolite detection reagent, wherein the temperatures of the A solution, the B solution, the C solution and the D solution, and the mixture solution of the A solution, the B solution, the C solution and the D solution are between 30 and 35 degrees celsius. The method has a high sensitivity, a low false positive rate and false negative rate, and a low cost, and is simple to operate.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un réactif de détection de métabolite de monohydroxy phénol dans l'urine comprenant les étapes suivantes : préparation de 0,2 à 1 g/ml d'une solution de sulfate ferrique en tant que solution A; préparation de 0,1 à 1 g/ml d'une solution de sulfate de mercure en tant que solution B; préparation de 0,15 à 1 g/ml d'une solution de nitrate de cuivre en tant que solution C; préparation de 0,15 à 1 g/ml d'une solution de nitrate ferrique en tant que solution D; et mélange de la solution A, de la solution, B, de la solution C et de la solution D selon le rapport massique 1/(1-2)/(1,5-2)/1 avant l'adjonction de conservateurs, agités de façon homogène et donnant un réactif de détection de métabolite de monohydroxy phénol vert clair dans l'urine, les températures de la solution A, de la solution B, de la solution C et de la solution D, et la solution de mélange de la solution A, de la solution B, de la solution C et de la solution D étant entre 30 et 35 degrés celsius. Le procédé a une sensibilité élevée, a un faible taux de faux positifs et un faible taux de faux négatifs, a un faible coût et est simple à mettre en œuvre.
