Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for preparing a urine amino acid metabolite detection reagent, comprising the following steps: 0.2-1 g/ml of a copper nitrite solution as an A solution is prepared; 0.1-1 g/ml of a copper nitrate solution as a B solution is prepared; 0.15-1 g/ml of a mercury sulfate solution as a C solution is prepared; 0.15-1 g/ml of an aluminum sulfate solution as a D solution is prepared; and the A solution, B solution, C solution and D solution are mixed in the mass ratio of 1: (0.5-1): (0.5-1): 1 before adding a mixture of ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite, stirred homogeneously and making a light green urine amino acid metabolite detection reagent.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un réactif de détection de métabolite d'acide aminé dans l'urine, comprenant les étapes suivantes : préparation de 0,2 à 1 g/ml d'une solution de nitrite de cuivre en tant que solution A ; préparation de 0,1 à 1 g/ml d'une solution de nitrate de cuivre en tant que solution B ; préparation de 0,15 à 1 g/ml d'une solution de sulfate de mercure en tant que solution C ; préparation de 0,15 à 1 g/ml d'une solution de sulfate d'aluminium en tant que solution D ; et mélange de la solution A, de la solution B, de la solution C et de la solution D selon un rapport massique de 1/(0,5-1)/(0,5-1)/1 avant d'ajouter un mélange de persulfate d'ammonium et de bisulfite de sodium, agité de façon homogène et de fabriquer un réactif de détection de métabolite d'acide aminé dans l'urine vert clair.
