A novel crash-resistant plane comprises a fuselage (1) and a plane base (2) connected together via a movable fastener, and the fuselage (1) comprises a cockpit, a passenger cabin and an empennage (11). The plane base (2) comprises a cargo cabin, a fuel tank, a landing gear, a power unit and wings. The empennage (11) is also connected to a tail end of the fuselage (1) via a movable fastener. A crash-resistant propeller system capable of bringing the fuselage (1) upward is disposed at a top portion of the passenger cabin, and a crash-resistant and anti-impact device (9) is disposed at a bottom portion of the passenger cabin. The crash-resistant plane also comprises a control system disposed in the cockpit, and when an accident occurs while the plane is in midair, the control system releases the movable fasteners to discard the plane base (2) and the empennage (11) and controls the crash-resistant propeller system and crash-resistant and anti-impact device (9) to operate, such that the fuselage (1) can safely land. The device can ensure a safe landing of a plane in a serious accident, and has a wide future application range. Also disclosed is a crash-resistant operation method of the crash-resistant plane.
