Title: FLUE GAS DENITRIFICATION CATALYST AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a catalyst and preparation method thereof, and in particular, relates to a flue gas denitrification catalyst and preparation method thereof. The flue gas denitrification in the present invention has TiO2 composited with one or more of Al2O3, SiO2, BaO and ZrO2 as a support, glass fibers as a framework and one or more of tungsten, molybdenum, iron, cerium, niobium and manganese as an active component. The catalyst has a high mechanical strength, a horizontal compressive strength ≥ 3.5 Mpa, a wear strength ≤ 0.11 %/Kg and a denitrification efficiency of 92.3% or more when used in a machine having a power of 300,000 kW. The present invention increases the number of regeneration times of the catalyst, lengthens the service life thereof, and lowers the SO2 oxidation rate during the use of the catalyst, thereby addressing the secondary pollution problem of the catalyst waste to the environment. The present invention also provides a preparation method of the catalyst, and the method has a feasible process.
