Abstract:
(EN) A medical imaging method is described for establishing implant configuration by measuring the positions and orientations of its components constrained by a defined kinematic relationship between them using stereo radiography images. The method allows the determination of a patient-specific implant configuration and enables accurate measurements of the pose of implant despite significant occlusions. The measurements obtained with this method can be used to determine the relative movement of an implant component relative to other components, bone or other landmark.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'imagerie médicale pour établir la configuration d'implant en mesurant les positions et orientations de ses composants sous la contrainte d'une relation cinématique définie entre ceux-ci au moyen d'images de stéréoradiographie. Le procédé permet la détermination d'une configuration d'implant propre à un patient et permet des mesures précises de la pose de l'implant en dépit d'occlusions significatives. Les mesures obtenues avec ce procédé peuvent être utilisées pour déterminer le mouvement relatif d'un composant d'implant par rapport à d'autres composants, à un os ou à un autre point de repère.
