Abstract:
(EN) The invention patent relates to a method for constructing suspended floors and to the corresponding components, of use in civil engineering for building houses, offices, shops, hydroelectric power plants, harbours, airports and industrial plants, in order to obtain a suspended construction that allows the installation of all types of utilities required, while complying with regulations relating to fire prevention, thermal insulation and acoustic insulation, by means of an innovative structure that optimises the floor construction process with high-quality functional products, making it easier to level slabs, optimising the process, reducing waste, increasing load-bearing capacity and stability, applicable in all environments and making it possible to install all types of utilities, electrical, hydraulic, air-conditioning, data processing, compressed air, hydropneumatic, vacuum or gas systems, improving acoustic and thermal insulation and the stability of the floor, easy and safe to use at low cost.
(FR) Le présent brevet d’invention concerne un procédé de construction suspendue de plancher et des éléments correspondants, trouvant une application en génie civil pour la construction de maisons, de bureaux, de magasins, d’usines électriques, de ports, d’aéroports et de bâtiments industriels, en vue d’obtenir une construction suspendue permettant l’installation de tous les types de systèmes utilitaires requis, tout en respectant les normes en matière de propagation d’incendie, d’isolation thermique et d’isolation acoustique, grâce à une structure innovante permettant d’optimiser le procédé de construction de planchers avec des produits de qualité et fonctionnels, offrant avantageusement une plus grande facilité de nivellement des dalles, un procédé optimisé, moins de gaspillage, une plus grande capacité de charge, une meilleure stabilité, avec une applicabilité dans n’importe quel environnement, permettant d’installer tous les types de systèmes utilitaires, que ce soit des systèmes électriques ou hydrauliques, des systèmes d’air conditionné, des systèmes logiques, des systèmes d’air comprimé, des systèmes hydropneumatiques, des systèmes de vide ou de gaz, offrant par ailleurs une meilleure isolation acoustique et thermique ainsi qu’une meilleure stabilité du plancher, outre une utilisation simple et sûre et un faible coût.
(PT) Refere-se a patente de invenção de processo de construção suspensa de piso e componentes correspondentes, aplicados na construção civil de edificações de residências, escritórios, comércio, UHE, portos, aeroportos e indústria e com a finalidade de obter construção suspensa que atenda a instalação de todos os tipos de utilidades necessárias e com atendimento das normas sobre propagação de incêndio, isolamento térmico e isolamento acústico, através de construtividade inovadora que permite otimizar o processo de construção de pisos com produtos de qualidade e funcional, trazendo vantagens de maior facilidade de nivelamento de lajes, processo otimizado, menor desperdícios, maior capacidade de carga, maior estabilidade, aplicado em qualquer ambiente, possibilita qualquer tipo de instalação de utilidades seja elétrica, hidráulica, ar condicionado, lógica, ar comprimido, sistemas hidro-pneumáticos, vácuo ou de gás, melhor isolamento acústico e térmico e melhor estabilidade do piso, com aplicação simples e segura com baixo custo.
