Abstract:
(EN) Implantable devices having motion sensors. In some examples the a configuration is generated for the implantable device to use the motion sensor in an energy preserving mode in which one or more axis of detection of the motion sensor is disabled or ignored. In some examples the motion sensor outputs along multiple axes are analyzed to determine which axes best correspond to certain patient parameters including patient motion/activity and/or cardiac contractility. In other examples the output of the motion sensor is observed across patient movements or postures to develop conversion parameters to determine a patient standard frame of reference relative to outputs of the motion sensor of an implanted device.
(FR) L'invention concerne des dispositifs implantables comprenant des capteurs de mouvement. Dans certains exemples, la configuration a est générée pour le dispositif implantable afin d'utiliser le capteur de mouvement dans un mode d'économie d'énergie dans lequel un ou plusieurs axes de détection du capteur de mouvement sont désactivés ou ignorés. Dans certains exemples, les résultats du capteur de mouvement le long de multiples axes sont analysés afin de déterminer les axes qui correspondent le mieux à certains paramètres du patient notamment un mouvement/une activité et/ou la contractilité cardiaque du patient. Dans d'autres exemples, le résultat du capteur de mouvement est observé sur des mouvements ou des postures du patient pour développer des paramètres de conversion afin de déterminer un cadre de référence standard du patient relatif aux résultats du capteur de mouvement d'un dispositif implanté.
