Abstract:
(EN) A molded article is formed using an injection molding apparatus by heating a thermoplastic material to a melt temperature, injecting the heated thermoplastic material into at least one mold cavity of an injection molding apparatus at a substantially constant pressure, and cooling the thermoplastic material to an ejection temperature. The thermoplastic material is heated to a reduced melt temperature which is less than a minimum conventional melt temperature.
(FR) L'invention concerne la formation d'un objet moulé à l'aide d'un appareil de moulage par injection, consistant à chauffer un matériau thermoplastique à une température de fusion, à injecter le matériau thermoplastique chauffé dans au moins une cavité de moule d'un appareil de moulage par injection à une pression sensiblement constante et à refroidir le matériau thermoplastique à une température d'éjection. Le matériau thermoplastique est chauffé à une température de masse fondue réduite qui est inférieure à une température de masse fondue minimale classique.
