Abstract:
(EN) Configurations and related processing schemes of specific inter-plants and hybrid, intra- and inter- plants waste heat recovery schemes for thermal energy consumption reduction in integrated refining-petrochemical facilities synthesized for grassroots medium grade crude oil semi-conversion refineries to increase energy efficiency from specific portions of low grade waste heat sources are described. Configurations and related processing schemes of specific inter-plants and hybrid, intra- and inter- plants waste heat recovery schemes for thermal energy consumption reduction in integrated refining-petrochemical facilities synthesized for integrated medium grade crude oil semi-conversion refineries and aromatics complex for increasing energy efficiency from specific portions of low grade waste sources are also described.
(FR) L'invention concerne des configurations et des procédés de traitement associés de systèmes de récupération de chaleur résiduelle de type spécifique (inter-installations) et de type hybride (intra- et inter-installations) pour permettre une réduction de la consommation d'énergie thermique dans des installations intégrées de raffinage et de pétrochimie synthétisés pour des nouvelles raffineries de semi-conversion de pétrole brut de qualité médium afin d'augmenter l'efficacité énergétique à partir de parties spécifiques de sources de chaleur résiduelle de basse qualité. L'invention concerne également des configurations et des procédés de traitement associés de systèmes de récupération de chaleur résiduelle de type spécifique (inter-installations) et de type hybride (intra- et inter-installations) pour permettre une réduction de la consommation d'énergie thermique dans des installations intégrées de raffinage et de pétrochimie synthétisés pour des raffineries de semi-conversion de pétrole brut de qualité médium et des complexes intégrés de production de composés aromatiques afin d'augmenter l'efficacité énergétique à partir de parties spécifiques de sources de chaleur résiduelle de basse qualité.
