Title: INCREASED OUTPUT DC MOTOR DEVICE
Abstract:
The present invention relates to electrical engineering, and more particularly to electric driving motors for auxiliary equipment in vehicles, primarily automotive vehicles and tractors, and can be used in the design and manufacture of such electric motors. The present increased output DC motor device is characterized in that it comprises a stator in the form of a cylindrical magnetically conductive body with excitation poles arranged in diametric opposition on the inside surface thereof, said excitation poles being comprised of permanent pole magnets. Commutator bars are connected by a wire to an armature winding. On the armature shaft, between the commutator and a side panel, there is disposed a stroboscopic disk with slots at the centre of the commutator bars. On the side panel, which comprises brush rockers, to which are fastened brush holders with brushes, an optocoupler is disposed, which sends a signal to an electronic circuit, which, in turn, supplies a current pulse when the brushes are located at the centre of the bars, thus preventing spark formation during a transient process. The present invention is directed toward providing the technical result of more efficient functioning of the commutator assembly and stator of a DC motor with excitation from permanent magnets, and of creating DC electric motors with an increase in the mechanical output of the motor over the electrical power consumed.
