Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: a polymer resin composition which has outstanding compatibility between constituent components, has improved reliability of chemical resistance or the like, and has improved mechanical properties and moulding processability such as thermal resistance and impact resistance or the like; and an article moulded therefrom. More specifically, the polymer resin composition may comprise: a polyester resin which comprises a dicarboxylic acid component residual group and a diol component residual group comprising a C3 to C20 cyclic aliphatic diol, and of which the glass transition temperature (as measured by DSC) is less than 100°C; a polycarbonate resin comprising two or more different resins selected from the group consisting of polycarbonate resins of which the melt flow index as measured by ASTM D1238 (300°C, 1.2 kg load) is less than 5 g/10 min., polycarbonate resins of which the melt flow index as measured by ASTM D1238 (300°C, 1.2 kg load) is between 5 g/10 min. and 11 g/10 min., and polycarbonate resins of which the melt flow index as measured by ASTM D1238 (300°C, 1.2 kg load) is more than 11 g/10 min.; polysiloxane-polycarbonate copolymers; and an impact modifier comprising a core containing a diene-based copolymer, an inner shell containing a (meth)acrylate/aromatic vinyl copolymer, and an outer shell containing an aromatic vinyl based copolymer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : une composition de résine polymère qui manifeste une extraordinaire compatibilité entre ses composants constitutifs, présente une fiabilité de résistance aux produits chimiques ou autres améliorée, des propriétés mécaniques et une aptitude au moulage telle que la résistance thermique et la résistance au choc ou autre améliorées ; et un article moulé à partir de celle-ci. Plus spécifiquement, la composition de résine polymère peut comprendre : une résine polyester qui comprend un groupe résiduaire de composant acide dicarboxylique et un groupe résiduaire de composant diol comprenant un diol aliphatique cyclique en C3 à C20, et dont la température de transition vitreuse (mesurée par DSC) est inférieure à 100 °C ; une résine polycarbonate comprenant deux résines différentes ou plus choisies dans le groupe constitué par les résines polycarbonate dont l'indice de fluidité à chaud mesuré selon ASTM D1238 (300 °C, 1,2 kg de charge) est inférieur à 5 g/10 min., les résines polycarbonate dont l'indice de fluidité à chaud mesuré selon ASTM D1238 (300 °C, 1,2 kg de charge) est compris entre 5 et 11 g/10 min., et les résines polycarbonate dont l'indice de fluidité à chaud mesuré selon ASTM D1238 (300 °C, 1,2 kg de charge) est supérieur à 11 g/10 min. ; les copolymères polysiloxane-polycarbonate ; et un modifiant choc constitué d'un cœur contenant un copolymère diénique, une coque intérieure contenant un copolymère de (méth)acrylate/vinyle aromatique, et d'une coque extérieure contenant un copolymère à base de vinyle aromatique.
(KO) 본 발명은, 구성 성분간 상용성이 우수하며, 내약품성 등의 신뢰성이 향상되며, 내열성 및 내충격성 등의 기계적 물성 및 성형 가공성이 향상된 고분자 수지 조성물 및 그 성형품에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 상기 고분자 수지 조성물은 탄소수 3 내지 20의 고리형 지방족 디올을 포함한 디올 성분의 잔기 및 디카르복시산 성분의 잔기를 포함하고, 유리전이온도(DSC에 의해 측정)가 100 °C 미만인 폴리에스테르 수지; ASTM D1238에 의해 측정한 용융흐름지수(300°C, 1.2kg하중)가 5 g/10min 미만인 폴리카보네이트 수지, ASTM D1238에 의해 측정한 ASTM D1238에 의해 측정한 용융흐름지수 (300 °C, 1.2kg하중)가 5 g/10min 내지 11 g/10min인 폴리카보네이트 수지, 및 ASTM D1238에 의해 측정한 용융흐름지수(300°C, 1.2kg하중)가 11 g/10min 초과인 폴리카보네이트 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 2종 이상을 포함하는 폴리카보네이트 수지; 폴리실록산-폴리카보네이트 공중합체; 및 디엔계 공중합체를 포함한 코어, (메타)아크릴레이트/방향족 비닐 공중합체를 포함한 내층 쉘 및 방향족 비닐계 중합체를 포함한 외층 쉘을 포함한 충격 보강재;를 포함할 수 있다.
