Title: PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR EXTENDED RELEASE OF PAIN RELIEF DRUG, AND ADMINISTERING APPARATUS FOR ADMINISTERING SAME
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the extended release of a pain relief drug, and an administering device for administering the same, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for the extended release of a pain relief drug, and an administering device for administering the same, the composition comprising: a first composition containing a fibrinogen coagulation promoting factor; and a second composition containing a fibrinogen solution, wherein at least one of the first composition and the second composition comprises a pain relief drug supported on a biodegradable polymer. According to the present invention, the pharmaceutical composition can be directly injection-delivered before suturing a surgical site during operation in a surgical operation, can be fixed to the surgical site, and allows a drug to be delivered, at the fixed location, to a pain site for a long time. In addition, according to the present invention, the pharmaceutical composition can radically extend the lasting period of the efficacy of a drug injected once, and thus the present invention can increase the compliance of a patient and also ultimately achieve an effect of saving drug costs. Furthermore, various types of water-soluble or oil-soluble drugs can be introduced into the pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention, and thus an extended release drug preparation of various uses such as an anti-inflammatory agent, an anticancer drug and a hormone drug, in addition to a use of inhibiting pain, can be developed.
