Abstract:
(EN) According to one aspect, provided are: a cell patterning material; a method for preparing the cell patterning material; a cell patterning method using the cell patterning material; and a biosensor comprising cells having patterns formed by the cell patterning method. Therefore, cells can be conveniently and efficiently patterned and an external stimulus time for patterning can be controlled. In addition, patterned cells have excellent proliferation rate and differentiation efficiency and can be re-patterned in a different direction, and cell condition monitoring and highly efficient screening are enabled by using the patterned cells.
(FR) Selon un aspect, l'invention concerne : un matériau de formation de motifs de cellules; un procédé pour la préparation du matériau de formation de motifs de cellules; un procédé de formation de motifs de cellules utilisant le matériau de formation de motifs de cellules; et un biocapteur comprenant des cellules présentant des motifs formés par le procédé de formation de motifs de cellules. Par conséquent, des cellules peuvent être mises en motifs de manière pratique et efficace et une durée de stimulation externe pour la formation des motifs peut être régulée. En outre, des cellules mises en motifs présentent une excellente vitesse de prolifération et une excellente efficacité de différenciation et peuvent être remises en motifs dans une direction différente. L'utilisation des cellules mises en motifs permet le suivi de la condition cellulaire et un criblage d'une efficacité élevée.
(KO) 일 양상에 따른 세포 패터닝용 물질, 세포 패터닝용 물질을 제조하는 방법, 세포 패터닝용 물질을 이용한 세포 패터닝 방법, 세포 패터닝 방법에 의해 패턴이 형성된 세포를 포함하는 바이오센서를 제공한다. 이에 따르면, 편리하고 효율적으로 세포를 패터닝할 수 있고, 패터닝을 위한 외부 자극 시간 조절이 가능하다. 또한, 패터닝된 세포는 우수한 증식율 및 분화 효율을 갖고, 다른 방향으로 다시 패터닝할 수 있으며, 패터닝된 세포를 이용하여 세포의 상태 모니터링 및 고효율 스크리닝이 가능하다.
